These terms and conditions govern the provision of landscaping services by Mixed Maintenance.
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotations are based on the information provided at the time of the site visit and may be subject to change if conditions differ from those assessed.
Payment terms will be outlined in your individual quotation. For larger projects, staged payments may be agreed upon prior to commencement.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Where materials have been ordered or work has commenced, costs incurred may be payable.
Mixed Maintenance carries full public liability insurance. We take all reasonable precautions to protect your property during the course of our work.
